I am looking forward to an exciting, productive year of working with you and your child. My mission as a teacher is to be a motivator and role model for my students. I promise to help your child attain their goals and work to their highest potential. I will strive to be the type of teacher that never stops learning new, more effective ways to help my students be the best they can be.
Fifth grade is a very exciting year! Students in fifth grade are expected to turn in required work on time, use textbooks to get information, learn organization skills, work cooperatively with others, and develop good study habits. We will be working on all of these skills throughout the year.
